#CitylineReal: Show us your first thing in the morning selfie + week 11 round-up

This week's challenge: Wake up, grab your phone, and take a selfie!

Throughout 2015, we’re pushing our movement to keep it real and spread positivity on social media. It’s called #CitylineReal and we want YOU to be a part of it! From showing us your worst hair days and your messy closets, to telling us how you’re spreading more kindness on Twitter, stay tuned for weekly challenges every Monday! Show us your true selves and let’s keep out all the hate! We’ll post a round-up of our fave posts every week, so whether you’re posting on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook, be sure to tag us and include the hashtag #CitylineReal.

This week’s challenge: Show us your first thing in the morning selfie! That’s right, we want you to wake up, grab your phone, take a selfie, and post it to your social media accounts with the hashtag #CitylineReal! Don’t comb your hair, don’t wash your face, just show us the REAL you! Check back here next week to see if you made it into our weekly round up!

And now, let’s take a look at some of our fave posts from last week’s challenge to show us your what happens to your clothes when you get home from work! We received so many fun photos and we can’t wait to see what you all come up with for this week’s challenge, too!

This week, many of you weighed in on our Facebook page! Here’s some of our favourite comments:

  • Margaret Ann Whalen said: I’m very fussy with my clothes they are always hung up if needed I will iron them too
  • Anneka Erikson said: I have a chair in my bedroom that a toss my not-dirty-but-too-dirty-to-go-back-in-the-closet clothes. Anything to cut down the laundry since we moved and don’t have the front loader high efficiency washer and dryer in our new home.
  • Cynthia Coombs said: Hang them up for sure. But my husband is a different story
  • Penny Petrovici said: Throw them in the floor.

We loved how all of you shared your habits with us! Now get to work showing us your first thing in the morning selfie! #CitylineReal
