- Boil the Spaghettini in plenty of salted water.
- Sauté the vegetables and garlic in olive oil and butter until completely caramelized, add the wine and simmer until reduced by half, add the cream and simmer for a minute.
- Once the pasta is cooked add it to the sauce and simmer until slightly dense, taste for correct seasoning.
- Add the crab and the fresh herbs and toss well. Plate in bowls and top with the salmon caviar.
