Baked Broccoli Mac 'n Cheese

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • In a sauce pan ‎toast butter and flour, slowly whisk in milk and cook for 5-8 minutes.
  • Add broccoli, cooked noodles and 2/3 of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer to non-stick baking pan and top ‎with remaining cheese and bread crumbs.
  • Bake at 375F for 15 minutes or till golden, serve with a smile.
