1. Place chocolate in separate stainless steel bowls and melt chocolate over a water bath. Bring all chocolate to 115 degrees then let cool to 95 degrees. Pour milk and dark chocolate onto pizza pan and spread out to the edges. Top with red chocolate then white. Sprinkle with sprinkles and crushed candy canes. Chill, divide into 6 slices. Top each slice with red icing and garnish with candy.
