Chocolate avocado mousse

Pastry chef, Adjoa Duncan shares this delicious chocolate avocado mousse that is ready in just a few minutes. Perfect for a yummy and romantic dessert treat.


INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • Put avocado, bananas, syrup, salt and cocoa into a food processor and pulse or blend until smooth (or desired consistency).
  • Meanwhile, whip up coconut milk until thickened. Pour or scoop the chocolate mixture into a bowl and add about a third of the whipped cream.
  • Fold until almost completely homogenous an then add the rest and fold together.
  • Top with berries, granola or more cream and chocolate!
