- In a wooden bowl add a pinch of salt and pepper then garlic. Crush the garlic with a fork to create a paste add fresh chili (just a touch or go crazy if your into that kinda thing).
- Add avocado, lime juice and Worcestershire sauce. Gently fork for smooth yet lumpy consistently.
- Heat butter in a non stick pan just as it starts to brown and add eggs. Then turn heat down. Cook until whites have hardened.
- Toast your toast gently, nobody like crispy toast and top with pulped avocado. Carefully place perfectly cooked sunny egg on top, garnish with a little chili and serve.
