Ritz king crab bomb with remulade sauce

Chef, Randy Feltis takes king crab meat and pairs it on top of a delicious Ritz Cracker. And enjoy with a Remulade sauce.

METHOD

  • For the Remulade, mix all ingredients ‎and set aside.
  • In a pot of boiling water quickly blanch and shock (ice bath) your chives.
  • Very carefully carve crab into 1.5 inch lengths. Place a small teaspoon of Remulade on a Ritz and top with king crab.
  • Gently tie a chive around the cracker and crab holding it in place.  ‎Place on platter and enjoy.
