Double smoked bacon wrapped Ritz cheeseburgers

Chef, Randy Feltis turns the simple Ritz Crackers into mini double smoked bacon cheeseburgers.


INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • In a medium size bowl mix ground beef, mustard, ketchup salt and pepper.
  • Portion out into 1 oz balls.  Gently press down on the balls to make a patty slightly larger than a ritz cracker.
  • Wrap with double smoked bacon.
  • Place wrapped patties into med heat cast iron pan and crisp for 2 minutes, flip to crisp on other side and add a 1/4 slice of American cheddar.
  • Place on Ritz Cracker. Garnish with lettuce, dill and tomato. Top with Ritz and serve
