Get in the spirit of Halloween with no other than some cocktails!
Chefs Matt Dean Pettit and Christian Dare show us how to create quick Halloween-themed shots and a Spirit Halloween cocktail (it’s like a floating spirit in your spirits). Enjoy yourself with delicious themed drinks. Of course, don’t forget to Drink Responsibly!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz Armando Apertivo (flavoured aperitif)
- 1 Orange juiced
- Cinnamon dash
- Ground cloves dash
- Red food colouring
Spirit of Halloween Cocktail
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Blue Curacao
- 1 oz Sambuca
- half and half splash
METHOD
Bloody Good Shots!
Preparation:
- Combine apertivo, orange juice, spices and food colouring in shaker with ice.
- Shake and pour into test tubes.
- Top up with more orange juice if need to dilute.
Can be made non alcohol version replacing aperitif with orange juice.
Spirit of Halloween Cocktail
Preparation:
- Add blue curaçao to base of glass before layering vodka on top.
- Top with a layer of sambuca before using a dropper to add a splash of half and half.
