If you know me, you know that there is nothing I love more than fitness. I live, eat and breathe it. However, I don’t expect you to be as crazy as me. I do hope…that I can rub off on you just a little. My number one mission is to motivate and inspire as many people as I possibly can to move their bodies. I am so excited to use this new blog to share my World of Fitness with you.
Each and every day I am answering questions about workouts, nutrition, motivation and all sorts of stuff (you’d be surprised). Let’s talk about them here!
Whats new in 2012? Quite possibly my biggest challenge yet. LITERALLY!
CityLine together with the amazing Dr. Joey Shulman and I will be taking on a 3 month challenge to get fit — The CityLine Shape-Up. I hope you are as excited as I am.
Now, my main thoughts when it comes to this challenge…
I really do hope that those who are not picked for the challenge or those who did not submit get just as much value as the selected participants. I want to stress that the people we are working with are going to be an example…this is not about “them”..it’s about “us”! Let’s ALL be in this together…deal?
Everyone is always asking me (quite possibly because I’m Tracy’s trainer and she happens to look incredibly amazing…wink wink) for a program. I have mixed feelings about the word “program” as what I plan quite often changes as we go. However, I will, for the purposes of YOUR SUCCESS, walk you through this step by step.
Nothing would mean more to me than hearing your success stories…THAT’S WHAT I LIVE FOR. Now, I encourage you to send me a ‘before’ picture. Let me hold you accountable!
Take 5 minutes and answer these questions:
1. What are my exact goals for this 3 month challenge?
2. How will I feel when I have achieved this goal?
3. WHY is this goal so important to me?

P.S I’ll be dishing the goods on Tracy Moore’s workouts behind the scenes. I know nothing motivates her more than a good challenge. She has until the end of THIS month to get through 50 pushups (the “real” ones). Stay tuned….
