If your kids don’t enjoy eating vegetables, this quick, crispy snack may change their mind!

Buttery edamame

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cups frozen shelled edamame, thawed
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium-high. Add edamame and salt. Cook until warmed through, 4 to 5 minutes.

Serves 6 | Per serving 85 calories, 5 g protein, 4 g carbs, 6 g fat, 2 g fibre, 96 mg sodium.
