Chocolate Banana Botox Mud Facial

This recipe can help rejuvenate your pores without the botox. It’ll both open and close your pores, but also makes for a good treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 egg white

Method:

Mash bananas, and mix all other ingredients with it.

Apply on the face with a soft brush and leave on for 15-20 minutes.

Rinse, and discard of any leftovers.

 

Sugar Cookie Body Scrub

The skin can be very rough, so Leigh-Ann gives this recipe for a body scrub. It can be used on your hands on, face, or anywhere on your skin.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Method:

Whisk sugar in a bowl and then mix in melted oil and extract.

It can be stored in a airtight jar for up to a month.

 

Holy Guacamole Moisturizing Hair Mask

The hair can get quite oily, so this recipe will help make your hair shiny and moisture it.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Juice from 1/2 of a large strained tomato

Method:

Thoroughly mash the avocado and then mix in sour cream and fresh tomato juice.

Massage into scalp and leave on for approximately 20 minutes before rinsing.
