DIY flower letters

Materials required:

  • Bristol board
  • Scissors
  • Double-sided tape or 3M Command strips
  • Glue gun
  • Faux flowers

Method:

Draw bubble letters on the bristol board about 1.5 inches thick. Each letter I made was about 16 inches long. Cut each one out.

Use a glue gun to attach faux flowers on each letter in a random pattern covering the entire bristol board.

Attach the letters to the wall with tape or 3M Command strips.

DIY faux flower table runner

Materials required:

  • Various oversized flowers (I used pink peonies, yellow peonies and orange ranunculus)
  • Twine

Method:

Starting at one end of the table, lay the flowers in place, working your way to the middle of the table. Tie the stems in to each other as you go. Once almost halfway, start placing stems at the other end, again working to the middle. Tie these stems together as you go. Stagger the last few in the middle, ensuring that all ends of stems are hidden. Tie the last few stems in place.
