Randy Feltis shows us a festive cranberry sauce, packed with zesty citrus flavour.
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 cup honey
1 lime, juice and zest
1 orange, juice and zest
1 grapefruit, juice and zest
1 vanilla pod
1 pinch cinnamon
1) In a medium saucepot, caramelize honey.
2) Add cranberries and citrus zest and deglaze with citrus juice.
3) Add cinnamon and vanilla, reduce for 8 minutes, let cool and serve
