We had such great response to the Cityline Weight Loss Challenge last year that we’re bringing it back in 2013!

Here’s your chance to work directly with Dr. Joey Shulman — we’ll be selecting three Cityline viewers keen on losing weight and changing their eating habits. It could be you!

How to apply:

How much do you currently weigh?

How much weight would you like to lose?

What are your biggest weight loss challenges/hurdles (i.e. cravings, nighttime eating, stress etc.)?

How do you currently feel?

How do you want to feel?

Have you dieted in the past?

Be sure to specify “2013 Weight Loss Challenge” in the subject line.
