You know that feeling when you go out, buy ALL this healthy food at the grocery store and then you come home, put it in your fridge and a week later it’s still sitting there? Yeah, me neither!!! Let me give you a little secret of mine…PREPPING!
Every week I make it a point to plan out what meals I will be having every day. Ok, so you don’t have to do it for the entire week BUT even planning the night before will leave you feeling so much more ahead of the game.
As you can see in the photo, it’s so important to me to have it all out in front of me. I portion everything, put it into travel dishes so I have no excuse, no matter where I am, what I’m doing, I have my food portioned and ready to eat! Knowing what you will be eating sets you up for success.
When all this just becomes a daily/weekly habit, it’s one less thing you have to worry about and one more detail that will drive you towards the success you deserve!!
