3 Stephanie-approved snack options:

SJ’s POWER SHAKE

In a blender:

-1 scoop Cygen Powergreens21

-1/2 cup frozen berries (add half frozen banana optional)

-1 cup almond milk

-5 ice cubes

-Water if needed

SJ-APPROVED PROTEIN BARS

All-natural Quest bars

HOMEMADE NO-BAKE PROTEIN BARS

-2 cups oatmeal, bran and flax (or a mix of all)

-4 scoops Cygen Iso90 whey protein powder

-1/4 cup all-natural peanut or almond butter

-1/2 cup almond milk or water

Mix it all up! Freeze and you’re good to go!

AND: Add any healthy add-ins you want when mixing up your bars, for instance dates, nuts, or dried fruit.
