Loaded with quinoa, buckwheat and barley, this is perhaps the healthiest and tastiest granola you’ll ever eat!
Homemade Roasted Ancient Grains Granola
1 cup boiled quinoa
1 cup boiled buckwheat
1 cup boiled soft barley
1/2 cup flax oats
1/2 cup bee pollen
1/2 cup your favourite nut
1/4 cup kelp (seaweed)
1/8 – 1/4 cup local unpasteurized honey
1 vanilla pod
1 fresh coconut
1) In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Roast at 300F degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
2) Serve with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, naked as a cereal or as a filler for a leaf lettuce smoked salmon wrap.
